The U.S. Senate and the House of Representatives have reached a final agreement on the 2019 National Defense Authorization Act.<br /> Media outlets report the seven-hundred-16 billion U.S. dollar bill prohibits any budget planning which could reduce the number of U.S. forces in South Korea to less than 22-thousand unless the U.S. Defense Secretary confirms the decision after consultations with Seoul and Tokyo.<br />The bill has to pass the full House and Senate,... and then be signed by President Trump to become law. <br />
