Jay-Z's Made in America Festival <br />Will Stay <br />on Benjamin <br />Franklin Parkway Last week, Jay-Z and Roc Nation were in an uproar after Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney said the Made in America Festival <br />would be moved after 2018. Since then, the two parties have come to an <br />agreement and the festival will remain <br />at the Benjamin Franklin Parkway <br />for now and the foreseeable future. Philadelphia Mayor, Jim Kenney, via statement Desiree Perez, chief operating officer of Roc Nation, via statement Jay-Z and the mayor have agreed <br />to take responsibility for <br />the "operational and community challenges" <br />that arise with a festival of this size. Made in America 2018 will take place <br />Sept. 1 and 2.
