<br /> A Pennsylvania state advisory board says Bill Cosby is a “sexually violent predator."<br />It is recommending that the convicted comedian undergo counseling and register as a sex offender for life.<br />Reuters reports a Pennsylvania court will determine whether to accept the recommendation.<br />The 81-year-old actor was found guilty in April of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman in 2004.<br />The victim, Andrea Constand, was one of dozens who have accused the comedian of sexual assault. <br />
