This chicken recipe is amazingly delicious and best enjoyed with a Tomato sauce or chutney. Do give this snack recipe a try and share your comments with us in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />Chicken minced/shredded/diced, 200 gms<br />1 tsp Oil<br />Salt to taste<br />1 tsp Chilli powder<br />½ tsp Red chilli powder<br />½ tsp Garam masala<br />½ tsp black pepper, Ground<br />1 tsp Chicken Masala<br /> 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste<br />½ tbsp Green chilli paste<br /> 2 tbsp Oil<br />1 Onion, finely chopped<br />1 Tomato, finely chopped<br />More chicken masala if required<br /> ¼ cup Coriander, finely chopped<br />Salt to taste<br />10 Samosa patti<br />1 tbsp Flour<br />Water, to make flour paste<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />For Filling:<br />Heat oil in a pan, add onion and once it changes color, add tomato, <br />Chilli powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, chicken masala, black pepper, mix well.<br />Add chicken to the mixture, salt, green chilli paste, giner-garlic paste, mix well.<br />Add coriander leaves, mix well and let the chicken cook for 2-3 minutes. <br />Our Chicken Filling is ready, switch off the flame and keep it aside to cool down.<br /><br />Sealing paste:<br />In a small bowl of maida add water and make a paste.<br /><br />For Samosa:<br />Take a ready-made samosa patti and in one corner add some stuffing.<br />Start rolling the patti tightly and ensure that the filling doesn't come out.<br />When you see the last open - end apply some paste and seal it.<br />Similarly, prepare more samosa's in the same way.<br /><br />Heat some oil in a vessel, add the prepared samosa inside it and fry them till they turn golden-brown.
