Try this delicious recipe at home and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:-<br />For Premix<br />1 tbsp Cashew powder<br />1 tbsp Sesame powder<br />3 tbsp Milk powder<br />1 tsp Roasted Maida<br />1 1/2 tbsp Onion powder<br />1 1/2 tsp Garlic powder<br />1 1/2 tsp Ginger powder<br />1 tsp kasoori methi<br />1/2 tsp white pepper powder<br />1 1/2 tsp Punjabi Garam Masala<br />Green edible Color (Optional)<br />1/2 tsp Salt<br />1 1/2 cup Water<br /><br />For Tempering:<br />1 tsp Oil<br />1 bay leaf<br />1 Big Cardamom<br />1 inch Cinnamon stick<br />4 Black peppercorns<br />Black cumin seeds<br /><br />For Palak Puree<br />2 Bunch of Spinach<br /><br />For Palak Paneer<br />1 tsp Oil<br />200 grams Paneer, cubed<br />2 tbsp Tomato puree<br />Premix<br /><br />Method:-<br />In a bowl add cashew powder, sesame powder, milk powder, onion powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, mix well.<br />Add kasoori methi, white pepper powder, Punjabi garam masala, green color, salt and mix well.<br />Add the tempering to this mixture and mix well.<br />Add water and mix well.<br /><br />Tempering:<br />Heat oil in a pan, add bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon stick, black peppercorns, black cumin seeds.<br /><br />For Palak Paneer<br />Heat oil in a vessel, saute the paneer and take it out on a plate.<br />In the same pan add tomato puree, premix, spinach puree and mix well.<br />Add paneer and let it boil for 2 minutes.<br /><br />Our Premix Palak Paneer is ready.
