Water gushes over dam near scene of Laos flooding disaster

Water pours over a saddle dam further down the Xi Pian River after Saddle dam D collapsed last night causing flash floods across six villages in Attapeu province.<br /><br />Hundreds of people are missing and thousands more have been displaced.
