Flooding forced Knoebels Amusement Resort in Elysburg, Pennsylvania, to close on July 25, according to media reports.<br /><br />In the video, high flood waters can be seen rushing through a part of the park that was closed off with police tape.<br /><br />The park was also closed on July 23 due to flooding.
