Prosecutor to File Murder Charges Against Mom, Boyfriend in Brutal Death of Baby Boy

One-year-old Harlan Haines was allegedly sexually assaulted and had paper towels stuffed in his throat by his mother and her boyfriend before his death, according to an autopsy report.
