Cheyenne, Wyoming, was hit with flooding after a brutal hail storm moved through the city on July 25.<br /><br />In the video, cars drive through a flooded street in Wyoming's capital as hail can still be seen in the water and on the ground.<br /><br />“This is the giant hail storm that just in 10 minutes completely overtook downtown Cheyenne,” the filmer says in the video.
