It's one of the largest recalls of imported cars here in Korea,...<br />BMW Korea says it will recall up to 106-thousand fire-prone vehicles, after problems were found with the exhaust gas recirculation module in 42 models, including the 520d model.<br />The land ministry says fires had been caused by defective exhaust gas recirculation modules fitted in the 520d to lower emissions.<br />So far, more than 15 BMW 520d models have burst into flames this year,.... with 8 of those cases happening in this month alone.<br />It's the first time in any country that the German automaker has recalled vehicles over faulty parts. <br />The recall will begin next month. <br />
