Turning over to Germany now, where around four thousand people have participated in a so-called 'Mud Olympics'. <br /> The event was held last weekend in the northern coastal town of Brunsbuettel to help raise money for cancer patients.<br />Forty teams from Germany and neighboring countries competed in mud volleyball, mud football, and slimy sledging for medals.<br />There were also prizes for the funniest team name, best mud mascot and best costume. <br />The annual event has been raising money for charity since 2004, and this year managed to collect more than 55-thousand U.S. dollars. <br />
