South and North Korea have decided to hold another round of talks between their generals next Tuesday at the border village of Panmunjom.<br /> South Korea's defense ministry announced the talks this morning,... saying the North first suggest them.<br />They'll take place at the Peace House on the South Korean side of the border village.<br />It's expected they'll discuss ways to ease military tensions.... as agreed in the Panmunjom Declaration in April.<br />The two sides will be led by the same officials as last month's talks -- Major General Kim Do-gyun from the South and Lieutenant General Ahn Ik-san from the North,... whose ranks are equivalent. <br />
