One of them was identified by</a> the Redding firefighters’ union as fire inspector Jeremy Stoke.</p><p>This video, which shows burned houses and vehicles on one side of a street in Redding in the wake of the Carr Fire, was filmed when emergency crews temporarily allowed residents to return, Twitter user @TheCoffeeJesus told Storyful.</p><p>More than 20,000 residents of Redding fled their homes on July 26 and July 27 to escape the Carr Fire, which has killed two people and injured three firefighters.</p><p>Evacuations were ordered</a> in Shasta County, California, on the evening of July 26.
