A small vortex was captured on film recently in Worcestershire in the UK.<br /><br />The mini-twister was filmed swirling above some buildings in Stoke Prior on July 18th. <br /><br />The vortex appeared to have picked up a lot of debris which the filmer could not identify.<br /><br />"Is it hay blowing or starlings?" she asked online.
