A South Korean medical team is in Laos to help with recovery efforts following the recent collapse of a dam and the subsequent flooding.<br /> Over the next 10 days, the 15 doctors and five support staff will treat displaced residents of Attapeu Province and help prevent the spread of contagious diseases.<br />More than 130 people are still missing after last week's dam collapse, which has so far claimed nearly 30 lives. <br />The cause of the incident is still unknown.<br />The dam was built by a joint venture that included two Korean companies. <br />
