Do try it and share your experience with us.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />225 gms Refined flour <br />20 gms Sugar <br />5 gms Yeast <br />25 gms Milk powder <br />80 ml Water; warm<br />60 ml Milk; warm<br />1 tsp Vanilla essence <br />15 gms Soft Butter - <br />50 gms Candied papaya /Trutifruti<br />Pinch of salt<br /><br />Preheat oven @ 200°C<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />In a large bowl add refined flour, salt, milk powder, mix well.<br />Create a well in the middle and add yeast, sugar, milk, water, keep it aside for 5-10 minutes.<br />Mix it together and once it comes together massage it into a soft dough.<br />Once the dough is nice and soft add vanilla essence, soft butter, massage it well into the dough.<br />Add Tutti Frutti to the dough and mix it well.<br />Massage it for few minutes, keep it in the middle of the bowl, cover it with a cloth and keep it aside in a warm place.<br />Flip the dough, press it and remove all the air pockets.<br />Transfer the dough on a work table, roll it in a cylinder shape and divide it into equal portions.<br />Roll the smalls pieces in a circular form and transfer it to a baking tray.<br />While placing the dough on the tray, leave some space in between, cover it with a cloth and keep it aside to rest.<br />Brush some milk on the dough, and place it inside a pre-heated oven for 12-15 minutes.<br />After the buns are ready, apply oil on it.<br />Our Fruit Buns are baked and ready.<br />
