<p>New York police are seeking a man who set fire to a Staten Island gas station in the early hours of Monday, July 30.</p><p>In the video, the suspect is seen filling a portable gas canister, and spraying gasoline around it, before using a lit piece of paper to ignite the blaze.</p><p>Police said a 21-year-old male bystander suffered internal injuries and was taken to Richmond University Medical Center in serious but stable condition.</p><p>The gas station’s sprinklers extinguished the fire.
