According to Reuters, good news on trade got investors revving up on Wall Street.<br />Following reports of renewed trade negotiations between Washington and Beijing, the top three trading indexes on Wall Street rallied after a day of losses.<br />The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained over 108-points on the day, with the S&P 500 rising over 13-points.<br />During July, the Dow and S&P also recorded their biggest monthly percentage gains since January. <br />
