Demi Lovato's song **Sober** has re-entered the Billboard chart.<br />TheWrap reports that the track jumped back onto the charts one week after she reportedly overdosed.<br />The song about relapsing was released last month .<br />It landed at the No. 56 this week on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.<br />25-year-old Lovato was hospitalized July 24 for a reported drug overdose. <br />
