South Korea's vice minister of unification, Chun Hae-sung, is heading north of the border today... to visit Mount Kumgang... where reunions will be held this month for families separated by the Korean War.<br /> The vice minister will be checking progress on the renovations underway at the reunion venue.<br />Mount Kumgang used to be a destination for tourists from South Korea until one of them was shot dead ten years ago.<br />The North wants the tours to resume and yesterday urged Seoul to work towards that.<br />But the unification ministry says Chun's visit has nothing to do with tourism.<br />Meanwhile, the two Koreas are deciding which of their citizens will attend the family reunions.<br />They're scheduled to exchange the final lists this Saturday. <br />
