Deputy Speaker Nga Kor Ming warned Jelutong MP RSN Rayer on Tuesday for using an offensive term in Parliament.<br /><br />Nga said RSN Rayer will be given a chance as he's a new MP, however action will be taken against him if he repeats such remarks.
