Chile prepares to ban plastic bags from shops and supermarkets

Chileans say that a plastic bag ban in the country, which is still awaiting final government approval, will demand a "cultural change" in order for stores to stop supplying them to customers and for people to stop reusing them as garbage bags.<br />
