Try this Chatpata Corn Chaat at home and let us know your experience in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />1 cup sweet corn kernels<br />3 tbsp gram flour<br />1 tbsp cornstarch<br />3 tbsp Water<br />1/2 tsp chilli powder<br />1/2 tsp chaat masala<br />1/4 tsp Salt<br />1/4 cup onions, chopped<br />1 tsp gr. chillies, chopped<br />1/4 cup tomato, chopped<br />1/2 cup raw mangoes, cubed<br />1/4 tsp lemon juice<br />Oil for frying<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />Heat oil in a vessel, take some corn in a bowl, add gram flour, cornstarch, give it a mix.<br />Add cold water, give it a mix and fry it in hot oil.<br />Once it's done frying, transfer it to an absorbent paper.<br />Cut onions, raw mango, tomato, green chillies, a wedge of lemon.<br /><br />Assembling:<br />In a bowl add crispy corn, onions, raw mango, tomato, green chillies, chilli powder, chaat masala, salt, lemon juice, give it a mix.<br /><br />Our Crispy Corn Chaat is done and ready.<br />
