<p>A Ryanair plane due to fly from Barcelona to the Spanish island of Ibiza was evacuated</a> before leaving the runway on July 31 after what a passenger said was a mobile phone charger went on fire in the cabin.</p><p>Passenger Anthony Carrio, who recorded this video, said the charger “blew up” in his row, and that people began running.
