A resident filmed the River Fire in Lake County, California, before making a mandatory evacuation on July 29.<br /><br />In the video, the resident can be heard saying, “Those flames don’t look good.”<br /><br />Cal Fire reported on its website that the River Fire has burned 31,898 acres and is 38 percent contained as of August 1.
