Firefighters are tackling a blaze that broke out at a derelict building in Dartford.<br /><br />Footage shows smoke coming out of the building at Lowfield Street as fire crews extinguish the fire. <br /><br />Kent fire warned residents near the area to keep their doors and windows closed.
