<p>Police helped chase an acrobatic tree-climbing bear from the University of Alaska Anchorage campus.</p><p>In a clip posted to the department’s Facebook page on August 1, a black bear can be seen climbing a tree near the Fine Arts Building</a> of the Anchorage campus before police officers turn on their sirens to chase it back to the woods.</p><p>Speaking to local media,</a> Anchorage Police Department spokesperson Kendra Doshier said that since the campus is located close to wooded areas, “wildlife are bound to show up from time to time.”</p><p>The clip had earned over 8,000 views at the time of writing.
