<br /> <p>Heavy rain caused Little Cedar Creek in Cave Spring, Georgia, to overflow on August 2, flooding much of the city’s downtown.</p><p>Little Cedar Creek runs through the centre of Cave Spring and floodwater swamped homes and businesses on Thursday.
