A video has emerged of Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra shoving and assaulting a police woman at Assam’s Silchar airport on Thursday after a party delegation arrived in the state to protest the National Register of Citizens (NRC) but weren’t allowed to leave the airport.<br />The video shot by an onlooker shows Mahua Moitra pushing a constable who is seen speaking to the parliamentarian with folded hands. A photo released later showed constable Rubi Rani Das with her left forearm bandaged. <br />
