U.S. senators introduced legislation Thursday to impose new sanctions on Russia and combat cyber crime.<br />The bill includes new sanctions on Russian political figures and oligarchs.<br />It also restricts sovereign debt transactions, energy and oil projects and Russian uranium imports.<br />Reuters reports both Democrats and Republicans supported the bill.<br />The bill also requires that two-thirds of the Senate must vote in favor of any effort to leave NATO. <br />
