International crude oil prices recovered Thursday... three days after they dipped to their lowest level in more than a month.<br />It was a decline in U.S. inventories and geopolitical tensions that drove them down.<br /> On the New York Mercantile Exchange, prices of West Texas Intermediate crude climbed nearly 2-percent to settle at around 69 U.S. dollars a barrel.<br /> October Brent crude also rose at the ICE Futures Europe exchange... by more than 1-point-4-percent to trade at around 73 dollars and 42 cents a barrel. <br />
