Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) will pay RM2.55 billion in the deal to take over Syarikat Pengeluar Air Sungai Selangor Sdn Bhd (Splash).<br /><br />Selangor MB Amirudin Shari said the value is 28 percent less than the net book value of the company, which was at RM3.54 billion as of 30th June 2018.
