WEATHER ALERT: ‘Inday’ to bring heavy rainfall over Luzon

The low pressure area east of northern Cagayan has intensified into a tropical depression midday on Wednesday, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
