An official from South Korea's foreign ministry says a probe is underway into whether a vessel said to be carrying banned North Korean coal... recently docked and departed from South Korea's western port city of Pyeongtaek .<br /> It's not clear if the vessel unloaded any coal.<br />This follows a report by Voice of America on Sunday, citing the Marine Traffic website, that a Belize-flagged ship, the "Shining Rich," was spotted in Pyeongtaek last Thursday, local time,... and set sail for China on Saturday.<br />The ship is suspected of being used by North Korea to get around a UN Security Council ban on trading its goods. <br />
