The sitting governor of Gyeongsangnam-do Province is being questioned over allegations he conspired with an influential blogger to manipulate online political comments in the lead up to last year's presidential election. <br /> The special counsel investigating the case believes Kim Kyoung-soo, a former lawmaker of the ruling Democratic Party, and close aide to President Moon Jae-in could be an accomplice of the blogger nicknamed "Druking." <br />Prosecutors suspect Kim received regular briefings on Druking's online rigging activities after attending a presentation session in November 2016.<br />At that session,... the blogger explained using data manipulation software to automatically increase the number of "likes" on online comments. <br />
