Do not forget to share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:-<br />For Curd Mixture<br />1 cup Curd<br />2 tbsp Gram flour<br />Salt to taste<br />1 tsp Sugar<br />Water as required<br />1/2 tsp Turmeric powder<br /><br />For Tempering:<br />2 tbsp Oil<br />1 tsp Mustard seeds<br />5 Red Chillies<br /><br />For Spinach Mixture:<br />7-8 Spinach Leaves<br />2-3 Garlic, cloves<br />1/2 inch Ginger<br /><br />For Kadhi <br />Tempering<br />Spinach Mixture<br />Curd Mixture<br />Spinach Leaves, chopped<br />Water<br /><br />Method:-<br />For Mixture<br />In a bowl add curd, gram flour, salt, sugar, and mix well.<br />Add some water to the batter and mix well.<br />Add turmeric powder and mix well.<br /><br />For Tempering<br />Heat oil in a vessel, add mustard seeds, red chillies and let them splutter.<br /><br />For Spinach Mixture:<br />Blend spinach, garlic and ginger into a fine puree.<br /><br />For Kadhi<br />Add the mixture to the tempering and give it a boil.<br />Add some more water, spinach mixture and mix well.<br />Give it a boil and keep stirring it.<br />Add spinach leaves, some water and give it a boil.<br /><br />Our Palak Kadhi is ready to serve.
