<p>A man opened fire at a back-to-school rally in Titusville, Florida, on Saturday, August 4, before being shot by a bystander who was licensed to carry a gun, according to the Orlando Sentinel</a>.</p><p>The gunman reportedly</a> opened fire at the Peace in the City event after being in a fistfight.</p><p>The event at Isaac Campbell Park attracted about 150 people</a>, mostly children, and included a school supply giveaway,</a> raffles, bounce houses, music, free food, a kickball tournament and free haircuts for the children.</p><p>The gunman was the only person to sustain injuries, and he was still hospitalized</a> days after the shooting.</p><p>Dwight Harvey filmed this Facebook Live video at the event when the gunman opened fire.
