According to Business Insider, federal investigators are in California to determine the cause of a fatal plane crash.<br />The Federal Aviation Authority stated the crash happened just afternoon local time in Santa Ana on August 5th.<br />The twin-engine Cessna 414 nosedived into a parking lot while attempting an emergency landing, killing all five of the occupants.<br />The FAA added that the plane declared an emergency landing prior to the crash. <br />
