Jelutong lawmaker RSN Rayer has defended his use of vulgar language in Dewan Rakyat, saying it's his style.<br /><br />He added that he wouldn't need to use such language if he's not disturbed by other MPs.<br /><br />RSN Rayer was warned by Deputy Speaker Nga Kor Ming for saying 'kepala bapak' in Parliament last week. However, RSN Rayer used it again yesterday.
