A rare tornado was seen in a desert in northern China’s Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region last Saturday (August 4).<br /><br />The video shows the 100m-high twister spinning along the five-km stretch of desert.<br /><br />According to reports, it was the first time that the tornado appeared in this area since meteorological records began.<br /><br />The tornado reportedly lasted for 10 minutes.
