Search and rescue efforts in the Indonesian island of Lombok are continuing following Sunday's massive earthquake. <br /> However, rescue workers were struggling Tuesday to reach the northern part of the island due to piles of debris and landslides.<br />Also, there have been more than 230 aftershocks since Sunday's quake which poses further risk to rescue operations. <br />The death toll is now said to have surpassed 100 and tens of thousands of residents and tourists have been evacuated. <br />
