Additional dismantlement has been observed at the Sohae Satellite Launching Station -- a site believed to have been North Korea's main ICBM test site.<br /> Citing satellite imagery from last Friday, U.S.-based North Korea monitoring website 38 North says North Korea is ripping down the steel base structure of the vertical engine test stand used for developing missile engines.<br />Walls are also being removed at the transfer structure on the launch pad used to support rocket launches.<br />38 North says work on the engine test stand represents what Kim Jong-un promised to President Trump... but work on the launch pad goes beyond that commitment.<br />However,... it says these developments should still be seen as "first steps" as they could be reversed quickly. <br />
