North Korea seems to be taking further steps in dismantling its main nuclear test site.... with additional dismantlement observed at the Sohae Satellite Launching Station.<br /> Citing satellite imagery from last Friday,.... U.S.-based North Korea monitoring website 38 North says... Pyongyang is ripping down the steel base structure of the vertical engine test stand.... used for developing missile engines.<br />Images also show that North Korea is removing walls at the transfer structure on the launch pad used to support rocket launches.<br />38 North adds,... work on the engine test stand shows North Korean leader Kim Jong-un is respecting the promise made to President Trump in Singapore... and that work on the launch pad goes beyond that commitment.<br />However,... it says.... these developments should still be seen as (QUOTE-UNQUOTE) "first steps".... as they could be reversed quickly. <br />
