The additional charges faced by former premier Najib Abdul Razak is not related to 1MDB of the luxury yacht Equanimity, said his lawyer Muhammad Shafee Abdullah.<br /><br />"I want to stress it (the charges) has nothing to do with 1MDB.<br /><br />"It has nothing to do with the issue of the yacht that arrived in Port Klang yesterday," he told reporters at the Jalan Duta Court Complex lobby in Kuala Lumpur.
