First, a Toyota Hilux hammered his Honda City, then he is hammered on social media for double parking.<br /><br />Footage of the incident, which has gone viral, show that Wong Thim Cheong had double-parked his car, blocking the four-wheel drive, despite the availability of parking spots in the area.
