The governor of Gyeongsangnam-do Province is under a second round of grilling by a special counsel looking into his alleged involvement in an online political maneuvering scandal... also known as the "Druking scandal."<br /> This comes after the probe team re-summoned Kim Kyoung-soo.... for another questioning session,... at 9:30 a.m. this morning,... deeming its nearly 15-hour interrogation of him on Monday through Tuesday as insufficient.<br />The former Democratic Party lawmaker is suspected of colluding with the influential blogger nicknamed Druking.... who bumped up the number of likes on online comments supporting the now-ruling party.<br />Kim has, so far, denied any knowledge of rigging activities,... as well as accusations that he offered Druking's associate a diplomatic position in Japan,... in return for support in the June local elections. <br />
