Umno president Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has reiterated that former premier Najib Abdul Razak should still be respected even though he is no longer in power.<br /><br />Zahid's comment comes after party secretary-general Annuar Musa said Umno can no longer waste time defending its former president Najib Abdul Razak.<br /><br />Recently, former minister Johari Abdul Ghani also said Najib should not have been allowed to campaign in the run-up to last week's Sungai Kandis by-election.
