An illegal workshop was rumoured to be making fake steamed buns from paper in Tianshui City in northwestern China.<br /><br />On August 5, as seen in this video, a woman puts a steamed bun into water to dissolve and finds that it contains something like paper inside.<br /><br />The steamed bun was made by an unlicensed workshop and local officers were forced to close it, reports said.<br /><br />Sampling and testing work to discover what they were made is underway at the moment.
