<br /> According to Reuters, a Chicago bank chief helped Paul Manafort secure loans in return for landing a post with the Trump administration.<br />Dennis Raico, a former Federal Savings Bank executive, testified under immunity in Manafort's federal trial for tax fraud, and bank fraud.<br />Raico stated that the bank’s chief executive, Stephen Calk, was directly involved with granting about $16 million in loans to Manafort. <br />
