A dead leatherback turtle washed up on a beach in Cornwall.<br /><br />The footage shows the wounded carcass lying on the sand near Marazion.<br /><br />Leatherback turtles are considered endangered species as their population has seriously declined during the last century as a result of unintentional catches by fishermen.
